工艺流程
Technique process
满刮腻子
将腻子置于托板上，用抹子或像皮刮板进行刮涂，先上后下。根据基层情况和装饰要求刮涂2～3遍腻子，每遍腻子不可过厚。腻子干后应及时用砂纸打磨，不得磨出波浪形，也不能留下磨痕，打磨完毕后扫去浮灰。
Scrape with lacquer putty
Put lacquer putty on the brace, and scrape with trowel or rubber scratch board upper and lower. Scrape with 2~3 layers of lacquer putty according to fundamental plane and decoration requirement, and make sure each layer of lacquer putty is not thick. Polish with sand paper after lacquer putty is dried, and make sure there is not wave or traces, and remove the dust after polishing.
浮雕弹点
用专用喷枪喷涂，根据要求，喷出不同的效果（大花或小花），并可分为压平与不压两种，要求喷吐均匀即可。
Flexible points of sculpture
Spray into different effects (big flower or small flower) according to the requirement with special spray gun, including flattening or unflattening, and spraying should be even.
涂刷水性抗碱封闭底漆
待浮雕弹点干燥后，涂刷封闭底涂，专为基材表面的防粉抗碱、抗风化、增加渗透性及粘接力而设计的。用滚涂的方法涂刷，每公斤可涂刷8-10平方米。要求必须涂刷均匀，无遗漏。
Brush water anti-soda closed ground paint
Brush closed ground paint after Flexible points of sculpture are dried, which is designed for anti-powder and anti-soda, anti-wind, improvement of permeability and binding of fundamental surface. Brush in rolling way, and 8-10 square meters can be brushed per kilogram. Painting should be even without omission.
外墙涂料的施工
底漆干燥彻底后，进行墙面粉饰。可喷涂或可滚涂无机外墙保护涂料二道，施工自上而下，涂料搅拌均匀，颜色一致，滚涂无遗漏，施涂均匀。
Paint construction on external wall
Brush the wall after ground paint is completely dried. Brush or roll 2 layers of inorganic protection paint on external wall from upper to lower, and make sure the paint is evenly mixed in uniform color and rolling is even without omission.
线条处理
清除残留在线条内的杂物，并进行必要的描绘，要求做到线条挺刮、顺直一致。
Line treatment
Remove incidentals in lines and make necessary description to make lines well-pressed and straight.
(5) 安全防护措施
A. 施工期间，操作人员应当保证有充足的睡眠，确保高空作业时精力集中，不出意外；并向现场全部人员进行安全教育；
B. 施工前应检查脚手架、架板是否搭设牢固，确认安全可靠后方可开始操作；
C. 禁止穿拖鞋、底面光滑的鞋及高跟鞋在脚手架上工作；
D. 天气比较恶劣的情况下不易施工。如：雨天温度低于4℃、湿度大于85%等；
E. 在雨水较多、湿度较大以及气候潮湿的地区或温度较低的条件下施工，要相应延长每道工序的时间间隔。一般按施工标准条件，增加一倍以上
F. 施工及照明电器必须按电工安全规范安装接线，严禁随意拉线、接线。
(5) Safety protection measures
A. Operators should have enough sleeping in construction period in order to ensure high concentration in work high above the ground and avoid accidents; and educate staffs on spot on safety;
B. Check whether scaffolds and bridge plate are firmly made before construction and don't start work before confirmation.
C. Do not work on scaffolds with slippers, shoes with smooth bottom and high-heeled shoes;
D. Do not construct in bad weather, such as rainy days with temperature below 4℃, humidity above 85%;
E. If constructing in places where rain is heavy, humidity is high or damp places with low temperatures, extend time interval of each process, generally above one times according to construction standard;
F. Connect construction and lightening electrical appliances by safety installations and forbid guy wires and wiring at random.
