涂饰封闭涂料
Brush closed paint
1、在处理清洁、平整的砼表面，采用高压无气喷涂或辊涂，环氧封闭底涂料一道。
Use high voltage gas-free spraying or roller coat to deal with the cleanness and roughness of the surface. And paint a coat with epoxy closed primary coat paint.
2、环氧封闭漆有很强的渗透性，在涂刷底漆时应加入一定量的稀释剂，使稀释后的底漆能渗入基层内部，增强涂层和基层的附着力，其涂布必须连续，不得间断，涂布量以表面刚好饱和为准。
Epoxy closed paint has strong permeability. You should add a certain amount of diluents to make the ground coat infiltrate into the inside of the base after dilution, strengthen the adhesive force between the paint coat and the base coat. The coating should be continuous without discontinuity. The quantity of the coating should be on the basis that the surface just reaches satiety.
3、局部漏涂可用刷子补涂，表面多余的底漆必须在下道工序施工前打磨处理好。
Local non-paint can be made up with brush. The remaining ground coat should be polished and disposed before the next process.
三、批刮环氧中涂层
Scraping the epoxy coating
1、在实干(25℃，约4小时)以后的底漆表面采用两道批刮腻子的方法，以确保地坪的耐磨损、耐压性、碰撞、水、矿物油、酸碱溶液等性能，并调整地面平整度。
Use the method of twice scraping the lacquer putty on the surface of the ground coat after it is really dry (25℃, about four hours) to ensure the anti-abrasiveness, pressure resistance, collision, water, mineral oil, acid-base liquid of the level ground and adjust the roughness of the ground.
2、用100～200目的石英砂和环氧中涂，作为第1道腻子，要充分搅拌均匀、刮平，此道主要用于增强地面的耐磨及抗压性能。
Use 100～200 quartz sand and epoxy coating as the first lacquer putty. It needs stirring evenly and drag leveling. This process is mainly used to enforce the wear-proof and crushing resistance of the ground.
3、用砂袋式无尘滚动磨砂机打磨第1道腻子，并吸尘清洁。
Use sand bearing no-dust rolling ground machine to polish the first lacquer putty and clear away the dust.
4、用200—270目的石英砂和环氧批刮料，作为第2道腻子，要充分搅拌均匀、刮平，此道主要用于增强地面的耐磨及平整度。
Use 200—270 quartz sand and epoxy scratching materials as the second lacquer putty. It needs stirring evenly and drag leveling. This process is mainly used to enforce the wear-proof and roughness of the ground.
5、用砂袋式无尘滚动磨砂机打磨第2道腻子，并吸尘清洁。
Use sand bearing no-dust rolling ground machine to polish the second lacquer putty and clear away the dust.
6、两道腻子实干以后，如有麻面、裂缝处应先进行修补，然后用平板砂光机进行打磨，使其平整，并吸尘清洁。
When these two lacquer putties are dry completely, if there exist spongy surface and cracks, you should first repair them and then polish them with plate polishing machine to make them flat, and finally clear away the dust.
7、石英砂使用目数由现场工程师根据地面具体情况确定。
The quality of the used quartz sand should be decided by on-the-spot engineers according to the specific situations of the ground.
四、涂饰地坪中间层
Brush level ground intermediate coat
1、在打磨、清洁后的腻子表面上(20℃，24小时)用环氧地坪涂料涂饰中间层，涂饰方法可用刷涂、批刮、高压无空气喷涂，大面积施工以高压无空气喷涂为最佳，喷涂压力为20～25Mpa。
Lacquer intermediate coat with epoxy level ground paint on the surface of lacquer putty ((20℃，24hours). You can use spread coating, scraping, and high-pressure airless spraying to paint. To the large-scaled construction, you'd better use high-pressure airless spraying and the spraying pressure should be 20～25Mpa.
2、此遍可使地面更趋于平整，更便于发现地面仍存在的缺陷，以便下一面层施工找平。
This can make the flat become more flat. And you can easily find the defects exist in the ground so as to make level for the next coat construction.
3、此遍还方便甲方对设备安装等的安排。
It is convenient for Party A to arrange the installation facilities.
